Jacqueline Leccia has helped individuals transform their lives for over 30 years as a teacher, minister, workshop leader, spiritual counselor, Sufi Dance Leader (Dances of Universal Peace), and motivational speaker.
A 1970 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, California, PA, she began her 36 year teaching career in Florida. In 1976, Jackie received a dual Master’s Degree in Reading/Curriculum & Instruction from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
Jackie has a diverse background that includes training in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Technology, Hospice, Hospital Chaplaincy, Jungian Psychology, World Religions, Sensitivity Training, and Multiculturalism. In 1983, after completing a two year residential ministerial program, Jacqueline was ordained a Unity Minister by the Association of Unity Churches, Lees’s Summit, Missouri.
Jackie facilitated a variety of programs and workshops incorporating meditation, movement, art, goal setting, journal writing, and spiritual dance in Missouri, Florida, and Connecticut. Focus is on redirecting life skills to unlock hidden potential, developing a positive body image, self awareness, healthy living, and Quantum Physics. Interwoven are affirmative mesages and joyous celebration. Many individuals have change their lives dramatically as they gain the tools to refocus their energy in positive directions.
Jackie is a natural born teacher and motivator. A survivor of physical ailments that resulted in limited mobility and of many years of being overweight, Jackie used her past experiences to transform her own life. She developed strategies to help others overcome the obstacles in their lives, like she has done, and to turn these challenges into successes. Daily meditation and using positive affirmations as well as a strong support system have energized Jackie as she retires from teaching 36 years and begins the second phase of her life. She is filled with a determination to help others focus, heal and redirect their lives so that they too can realize their full potential and to experience more of life’s blessings.
Recently, Jackie, has incorporated the ideas of Quantum Physics, Anti-Aging through Greater Wellness and Unlocking Your Mind Power into her workshops and writing. She completed her first book, Loving the Skin You’re In, which will soon be available to the public. She is facilitating dynamic, powerful, life-changing seminars, workshops and retreats that change people at their depth.
Recent training in Ashland, Oregon with Dr. Jean Houston inspired her to start the Florida Mystery School using techniques based on Dr. Houston’s books and classes. In additon, she is facilitating the formation of women’s circles and Stress Busters Workshops through home parties.
